Return & Exchange Policy

At Divinely Crafted, your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process. You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please contact our customer support team at support@divinelycrafted.org with the following details: Your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.

Refund & Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved: Bank transfer refunds will be processed in full. Debit or credit card refunds will be processed with a 3% deduction. Exchanges will be shipped promptly after approval.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For faulty or damaged items, Divinely Crafted will cover the shipping costs.
