Refund or Exchange Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
• Bank transfer will be refunded without any reductions.
• Debit or credit card will be refunded after 3% deduction.
• Exchanges will be shipped promptly after approval.

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
